Last updated: 13 March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Calendar Circle ("the Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Calendar Circle is a calendar sharing service that syncs events between connected Google, Microsoft 365, and Apple iCloud calendars for members of a shared circle. Events synced to other members' calendars are marked as "free" (non-blocking).
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
- One account per person. One circle per account.
4. Free Trial & Subscriptions
- New accounts receive a 21-day free trial with full functionality.
- After the trial, a paid subscription is required for continued calendar syncing.
- Subscription plans: Couple ($3.50/mo or $36/yr), Family ($7.00/mo or $75/yr), Extended ($10.00/mo or $110/yr) — all prices in AUD.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
- Cancellation stops future billing. Your data is retained until you delete your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account credentials with others
- Attempt to access other users' data without authorisation
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or access the Service
6. Calendar Data
- You retain ownership of your calendar data at all times.
- By connecting a calendar, you authorise us to read your events and create mirror copies on other circle members' calendars.
- You can disconnect your calendar at any time, which revokes our access and removes synced copies.
7. Availability & Liability
- We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Calendar syncing depends on third-party APIs (Google, Microsoft, Apple) which may experience outages.
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
8. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- On termination, synced event copies are removed from other members' calendars.
