Up and running in minutes

Three simple steps to stay in sync

Create Your Circle

Sign up and create a circle for your family, housemates, or friend group. Give it a name and you're set.

Invite Your People

Send email invitations to your circle members. They'll get a friendly invite with step-by-step setup instructions.

See Everyone's Schedule

Once connected, events appear on each member's calendar automatically — marked as free so your availability stays clear.

Why you'll love it

Built for real families, not IT departments

Cross-Platform

Mix and match Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars. One family member on Gmail, another on Outlook, another on iPhone? No problem.

Auto-Sync Every 10 Minutes

Calendars synchronise automatically. Add an event and it appears for everyone in your circle shortly after.

See, Don't Attend

Others' events show on your calendar as reference — they don't make you an attendee or block your time.

Recurring Events

Weekly team meetings, monthly book clubs — recurring events sync just like single ones.

Secure & Private

OAuth authentication — we never see your calendar password. All tokens are encrypted at rest.

Easy to Identify

Every shared event is prefixed with the member's name — like (Sarah) Dentist — so you instantly know whose event it is.

Simple, affordable pricing

One circle per account. Pick the size that fits. All plans include a 21-day free trial.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Calendar Circle

Create a circle, invite your family or friends, and connect your Google, Microsoft 365, or Apple calendar. Calendar Circle automatically synchronises everyone's events so you can see each other's schedules in one place — without blocking anyone's availability.

No. Events from other circle members appear on your calendar as "free" — they're there for reference only. Your availability is never affected, and you won't receive event notifications for other people's events.

Yes. For Google and Microsoft, Calendar Circle uses OAuth authentication — we never see your password. For Apple, we use an app-specific password (never your main Apple password), which is encrypted at rest. We only read your calendar data — we never modify your original events.

OAuth is a secure industry standard used by Google, Microsoft, and thousands of other services to let you grant limited access to your account without sharing your password. When you connect your Google or Microsoft calendar, you sign in directly with them — Calendar Circle never sees or stores your password. You can revoke access at any time from your Google or Microsoft account settings. For Apple calendars, OAuth isn't available so we use an app-specific password instead (a separate password just for Calendar Circle that doesn't give access to your full Apple account).

Absolutely. That's one of the best things about Calendar Circle. One family member can use Google Calendar, another Microsoft 365, and another Apple Calendar — everyone's events appear together seamlessly.

After your 21-day free trial, you'll be asked to choose a plan to continue. If you don't subscribe, your circle will be paused (not deleted) and syncing will stop. You can reactivate at any time by subscribing.

Calendars synchronise automatically every 15 minutes. When you add or change an event, it will appear for all circle members within the next sync cycle.

Calendar Circle is designed, built, and hosted in Melbourne, Australia by MelbourneOnline. While we're proudly Australian, Calendar Circle works with Google, Microsoft, and Apple calendars worldwide — so your circle can span cities, states, or even countries.
